This Report

This report is designed to pull a list of Constituents given their GUID (System ID) or LookupID (LID).

Why use this report?

Use this report if you need to retrieve Constituents and their GUID or LookupID when you only have one of the IDs.

Running the Report Directly

Click the highlighted icon to bring up the user prompts.

If the report is taking too long to run, schedule the report (see above).

Prompts

You then need to set the prompts. (Prompts act as questions that help you to customize the information in a report to suit your own needs!)

Below are the available prompts (with explanation) —

Constituent Information (At least 1 Required)

  • Enter Value(s) of Constituent LookupID 

    • Allows user to enter one or more Constituent LIDs
       

  • Enter Value(s) of Constituent GUID

    • Allows user to enter one or more Constituent GUIDs

Report Tabs

There is 1 report tab:

  • Constituents

    • Designed to facilitate export to Excel

    • Information is arranged so that a constituent’s information is contained on a single row

    • Contains list of Constituent LIDs, Constituent GUIDs, Full Names, and Last/Name/Org Names
