This report is designed to pull all Interactions, Opportunities, and Active Plans for all committee members given a list of Committee Names and a specified Start Date.

Running the Report Directly

Click the highlighted icon to bring up the user prompts.

If the report is taking too long to run, schedule the report (see above).

Prompts

You then need to set the prompts. (Prompts act as questions that help you to customize the information in a report to suit your own needs!)

Below are the available prompts (with explanation) —

  • Enter Value(s) For Committee Names (Required)

    • Allows users to enter a series of Committee Names separated by a semicolon

    • E.g., Ford School Alum Board, Alumni Association Board of Directors
       

  • Enter Ask Start Date (Required)

    • Allows users to enter a specific date for all asks made on or after that date

    • E.g., 1/1/2021 or 01/01/2021
       

  • Enter Interaction Start Date (Required)

    • Allows user to enter a specific date for all interactions (excluding events) to be made on or after that date

    • E.g., 1/1/2021 or 01/01/2021

Report Tabs

There are 3 report tabs:

  • Roster

    • Offers a list of committee members, their names, LookupIDs (LIDs), and prospect managers.
       

  • Roster Details

    • Designed to facilitate export to Excel

    • Information is arranged so that a constituent’s information is contained on a single row

    • Contains Giving and Rating Information but does not contain spouse, children/step children, or top areas of interest
       

  • Member Details

    • Lists each committee member’s address, household information, giving and recognition information, degree(s), manager, CRM, and interaction information (i.e. date, type, objective, and category)
