Campus addresses listed on the entrance displays come directly from an individual's entry in MCommunity. Address entries can only be updated at the main University data source; ITS provides a web page on how to make this change. Specifically, you will want to update your Work address:
"Work addresses can be updated using the Personal Data Changes eForm provided by the Shared Services Center."
Once the data is updated in MCommunity, it will take about two days to sync to the entrance display. Make sure the building name is spelled correctly, and it is in a “standard” format:
Department Name
ROOM_NUMBER Building Name
