A person has left my department, but I need to edit an activity that they entered in PDAT. How can I do that?

If you were added as an owner of the activity - you will see the activity on your My Activities list, and can edit it as if you had added it yourself.

If you are not an owner - contact the administrator (typically the head of your department, unit administrator, department chairs) of your unit’s PDAT instance. They have permissions to edit all of the activities that were added by someone in your department. They can also add you as an owner of the activity.
