How do I get my activity and its attendees to appear in Professional Development Activity Tracking (PDAT) automatically?

If your activity is organized through My LINC (which includes LinkedIn Learning), it should flow into PDAT automatically. If your activity was set up using Sessions @ Michigan, it will only be imported if one of the following is true:

  • The session name, track, or session description contains the words DEI or DE&I
  • The session name, track, or session description contains the words: diversity, equity, and inclusion in that order
  • The track name or session name contains the phrases: interculture, intercultural, crossculture, crosscultural, cross-culture, cross-cultural, followed immediately by the words skill, skills, competence, or competency
  • The track name or session name includes the phrase culture of
Note: The capitalization of the above words does not matter

If your Sessions @ Michigan activity is for a DEI topic, be sure to add “DEI” to the title or description of the activity. This will ensure it is found by PDAT import systems.

All other activities must be updated manually or by uploading a CSV file. If you maintain a Google sheet or CSV file, you can add to it and re-upload the same file, and only the changes will be added.
