How do I change a page's template to show Posts on my site?

In the updated version of Wordpress, there is no “Posts Page.” In order to show your posts on a page, you can use a Post Block:

1. Create a new page.
2. Add a Post Block to your page. In the Add a block menu, search for and select Post and Page Grid. The Posts List and Latest Posts blocks can also be used to display posts, but the other block is recommended. The Archives option displays a condensed post list suitable for archiving. All of these block options have customizable settings.
   Note: The Posts and Page Grid block can also display posts in a list.

3. To display the posts from an existing Post and Grid page block in a list, select the block and click on the List View icon in the block options.

4. To change any other settings, select the block and go to the Block settings in the right sidebar. From here, you can customize a number of features of the block, including the number of post columns, the size of the content, and how the posts are filtered.

5. When done, publish the page by clicking the blue Publish button in the top right of the screen. Alternatively for an unpublished page, to save your changes, click the Save draft button in the top right of the screen.

To make sure that new posts are added at the top, in the Post and Page Grid Settings set Order By to “Newest to Oldest”. This also ensures that your posts are ordered with the most recent at the top.
