When a student enrolled in a College of Engineering course first signs up to use iClicker Cloud, their confirmation may show a two-week trial under their Purchased Subscriptions. However, students who obtain access using their U-M email address (@umich.edu) should also see full access listed for them under the Institution Licenses, for example:
If students continue to have problems, they should reach out to their instructor to ensure that the course was set up with the Institution set as University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. If it is not, the instructor can correct this at any time. If for some reason the account was not associated with the correct Institution License, the instructor can contact iClicker directly so they can adjust the access.
