Yes. Starting in FY20, you no longer need to copy staff self-reports and proposed goals into your portion of the review.
You can - and should - edit these pre-populated text blocks so that the final review comes from you, in your own words, and in your voice.
When needed, you can send the review back to the employee for revisions. See Un-finalizing Staff Input.
Be sure the comments included in the final review are appropriate for a personnel file. If you have any questions or concerns, reach out to the department or College HR staff.
