Why can’t I edit my employees' goals and feedback?

Starting in FY20, review steps must occur in order, AND staff input must be finalized before you can complete the Goals and Objectives for FY20 Report, Goals and Objectives for FY21, and Other Comments.

1. Since the staff input will be pre-populated into these three sections, it must be finalized before you can start editing. This means you cannot finish until they are finished. Keep in touch!
2. If you need to send the review back to the staff member for revisions, do so before you start editing, since your changes will be replaced when they finalize once again. See Un-finalizing Staff Input.
