AppsAnywhere is an application delivery and deployment method that supports various software vendors. In the Windows CAEN Lab Software Environment (CLSE), most course software is available via AppsAnywhere, which uses an "app store" interface to help students easily find and launch their applications:
There are a few option you can use to access certain apps more quickly. For example:
- Use the Search apps box to quickly find the software you need to use, instead of scrolling through a list. Certain keywords may help, but all apps should be searchable by their official vendor name.
- Save the software applications you use frequently by adding them to your Favourites list.
- You can use the App lists tab to create lists of apps you use for a specific purpose, e.g. in certain courses.
Once you find the application you need, click the Launch button:
