Visit
https://leccap.engin.umich.edu/leccap/manage/site
. Select the
Manage Recordings
option associated with any course.
Click the
Edit
option attached to any unpublished lecture recording.
In the Edit Recording page, look for the
Recording Formats
module on the right side of the screen.
Open the drop down menu under
Web-based viewers
, then select
Don't Wait, create now
. This will process the video without publishing and should be available to review within about 20 minutes.
Once processing has completed, a red
Preview
button will appear in this module that will show exactly what students will see once published. The Quick Preview button will only ever show what the in-room camera is going to process as part of the published lecture recording, so there will likely not be an image if the videos are set to only include the Slide presentation.
