After upgrading to Monterey. you may receive and error code saying "Couldn't start Dropbox. This is usually because of a permissions error. Storing your home folder on a network share can also cause an error. For more information, click the help button below."

Directions
- Go to Activity Monitor and Force Exit all Dropbox Instances
- Go to Settings - Security & Privacy
- Accessibility - Unlock and select Dropbox app
- Full Disk Access - Unlock and select Dropbox app
