Overview
To aid departments with Faculty/Staff compliance of completing FERPA training, the FERPA Training Completion report provides a summary that shows the completion percentage for all Faculty Staff as well as detailed list of Faculty/Staff within the department and their completion status.
The report can be accessed through Management Reporting System (MRS), by going to the HR category of reports and clicking on the FERPA Training Completion heading, or simply by searching for FERPA in the menu.
The online FERPA training course can be taken in Mylinc.

Hover over the Info icon to see field definitions and details about the source of data. |

Overall Department Completion Percentage. Hover over to see the number of Faculty/Staff and the completed count. |
| E |
Percentage of Faculty/Staff that have not taken the FERPA training within the last year and should complete it again. Hover over to see the number of Faculty Staff. |

Percentage of New Faculty/Staff that have not taken the FERPA training. New Faculty/Staff are defined as someone that is new to their position since March 1, 2021. |

Filter the detail results by Supervisor or by an individual to see specific details. |
| H |
The Detailed list of individuals shows a check mark if they have completed training or an X if they have not. A red color will signify that they are new to the position. |
