Directions
Tips & best practices:
- Use a wired connection, if at all possible. A wired connection gives a more consistent signal and there's little chance of getting interference from anything within your home.
- Disable unnecessary video feeds. While attending a meeting, try disabling your video so that you are streaming audio-only. Audio requires significantly less bandwidth than video.
- If you have an upcoming important meeting, try and prepare by testing your connection. Start a video conference and make sure your video is functioning properly:
- If possible disconnect other devices from your home network to prevent any unnecessary demand.
