This article discusses how to change an article's review date in the LSA TeamDynamix (TDX) knowledge base (KB). Articles will be reviewed yearly on a rolling monthly basis. As part of this process, the Next Review Date field will need to be updated to show that the review is complete and tag it for it's next review date.
Note
The ability to edit the Next Review Date field is currently limited to those with the Technician Publisher or Knowledge Manager role. People with the Technician role cannot edit the field. As you review article content, the Editor Team will update review dates accordingly.
Environment
Any TDX KB environment.
Procedure
To change the next review date:
- Log into TDX.
- Find the article you need to update.
- Click Edit Article.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scoll down to the Next Review Date field.
- Choose a new date, either by using the pop-up calendar (use the arrow keys or pull-down menus to choose month and year then click the day of the month) or by selecting the text and entering the new review date in the form mm/dd/yyyy.
- Click Save.
