  1. In Terminal enter: open $TMPDIR../C/
  2. A folder will open in Finder showing a number of cache folders for different applications.
  3. Delete the "com.apple.appstore" folder inside cache.
  4. Quit and relaunch the App Store application.
  5. Attempt Mac App Store download of desired app.
