Cannot sign in to Office 365 on iOS

Summary

After downloading an Office 365 application such as Microsoft Word, a user will try to sign in with the U-M Kerberos information. However, after entering login information, the phone will loop back to the App Store to download the application again.

Environment

iOS, iPhone, Office 365, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Directions

  1. Download and turn on the U-M VPN, even if on-campus.
  2. Try signing in again. The phone should proceed to the DUO login screen, then into the Office application.
