We have a very standard MySQL cPanel setup so the standard documents or just about any Google search for "cpanel mysql" would provide relevant results.
cPanel has phpMyAdmin built in. To launch phpMyAdmin you can go to the Admin Page and click the phpMyAdmin link:
Please note: Depending on what skin you chose, the cPanel Admin page may look differently than what's shown above.
You can also use the MySQL tool of your choice such as MySQL Workbench by setting up valid IPs to be able to interact with your MySQL database with the tool of your choice (https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/1152Docs/Remote+MySQL).
