Sponsoring an Asana License for a Student Employee

Tags asana

Summary

This article outlines how LSA faculty and staff can request to sponsor an Asana license for a student employee.

Directions

U-M students have access to the free version of Asana. If you are a LSA faculty or staff working with a student whose work necessitates a premium license, you may request to sponsor the student. By sponsoring a student license, you agree to:

  • Ensure the student understands and abides by the data sensitivity restrictions set in place.
  • Let LSA Technology Services know when the student is no longer working with you so that we can remove them from the LSA Division.

To request to sponsor an Asana license for a student employee, submit the Asana Request Form and include the following under “Other Information”:

  1. Indicate that you are requesting an Asana license for a student worker.
  2. Provide the anticipated end date of their employment with you.
