Asana

Directions

As part of our focus on managing cost and license offerings within the College, at this time you may only invite LSA faculty and staff to your Asana projects.

There are several ways to invite your LSA colleague to your Asana project, as outlined in Asana's “How to invite team members to Asana” article. Two ways are outlined below.

After inviting a colleague to collaborate with you in Asana, be sure to direct them to Asana training materials, such as those outlined in the Asana Training Resources article.

Invite a colleague to an Asana project:

  • From an Asana project, click “Share” in the upper right corner.
  • Enter their email address and select the level of collaboration:
    • Project admin
    • Editor
    • Commenter
    • Viewer
  • Click “Invite.”

Invite a colleague to an Asana team and multiple projects:

  • Click “Create” in the upper left corner and select “Invite.”
  • Enter the email address of your LSA colleague.
  • Select the team the colleague should belong to.
  • Add the projects(s) the colleague will collaborate on, if any.
  • Click “Send.”
