Instructions:
Use this form to request the creation, modification or inactivation of a dynamic group. A dynamic group is similar to a static group in that it groups together employees for the purposes of time approval. The added feature of a dynamic group is that criteria is identified and entered into M-Pathways to define this group of employees. After it is established, employees who are hired, transferred or terminated will automatically be added or removed from the dynamic group. Dynamic groups are defined by a letter and four numbers.
You will need to complete a new form for every new dynamic group. You will receive a confirmation email once the request is processed.
