SSC - HR - Hiring Review Process

Effective February 26, 2025, the hiring of faculty, regular staff, non-student temporary staff and contract staff on the Ann Arbor campus must be approved by the president or an executive vice president before the job is posted. Currently posted jobs also require review prior to extending an offer.

IMPORTANT - Disposition of the request will be communicated back to the requestor.  If approved you will then need to submit or update your job opening.  When creating a job opening in eRecruit, please add a note to the Activities and Attachments tab that references this TDX ticket number as evidence of approval in the subject line and set the note to a "public" status. Use this same process to update existing job openings.
