The name configured on the device must include building and room number
Provide the building name where the device will be used.
Provide the room number where the device will be used.
Provide the name of the person or group responsible for the device.
Report an issue
My device won't connect to the AppleTV that is already set up
Provide the name of the building the user is currently in with the device that is having the issue.
Provide the room number where the device is being used.
Enter the name of the device as it appears in the list of devices you are trying to connect to.
Enter the device OS, type, and MAC address.
Select the date and approximate start time the issue began.
Have you restarted the device?
