Issue
Does my department/unit already have a U-M Tiered Solutions Digital Signage subscription? Who are our signage contacts (Financial, IT Supper, Content Management)?
Resolution
Please check the list of current customers to see if your unit is already subscribed to U-M Digital Signage Tiered Solutions. The current active support contact list is at:
https://sign.dsc.umich.edu/signageAdmin/dashboard/.
If you think or know you already have a digital sign but don't see your department listed on that dashboard, you likely have the Digital Signage service but are likely a customer on Existing Signs (Pre-Tiered Solutions). Please submit a ticket to the Digital Signage team for further information.
