ITS Digital Signage, Tiered Solutions dashboard
Issue
After receiving the email about the new tiered solutions dashboard, I logged in but I cannot see or access my department’s digital signs.
Resolution
Access to signs in the new dashboard is initially granted only to the department’s authorized signer, who is imported as the signs’ content manager. That person must add additional users to each sign. For the authorized signer/content manager to grant access the should:
- Sign in to the ITS Digital Signage tiered solutions dashboard.
- Click into the specific sign that you want to share.
- Go to the Admin section for that sign.
- Locate the Dashboard Access List field.
- Input the user’s uniqname that you wish to grant access to the dashboard.
- Click the green checkmark to save that uniqname to the access list.
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 for as many users as you would like.
Once the uniqname is added, that user will be able to log in and view the sign in the dashboard.

If you are unable to identify your department’s authorized signer or cannot gain access after being added, contact your local IT support or the ITS Digital Signage support team for assistance.
