Zoom Meeting or Webinar Options Grayed Out While Scheduling

Issue

While scheduling or editing a Zoom Meeting or Webinar, one or more options is grayed out/cannot be edited.

Resolution

  • This is usually because you are trying to edit a single occurrence of a recurring Zoom Meeting or Webinar
  • Some options cannot be edited on the single occurrence, only for the entire series
  • When editing a recurring Meeting or Webinar, you can select to edit all occurrences or a single occurrence
    • Make sure to select all occurrences to resolve this issue
