Issue
- One criteria for accepting/proving vaccination status is that the name on the card matches official University name sources
- MCommunity entries must be Public and visible in order to view the official name of record
Name mismatches can cause a rejection of the card.
Resolution
- Contact the ITS Service Center to have the Privacy flag toggled off:
NOTE: This requires ID verification, and so cannot be requested over email or through a web request.
Additional Information
Turn off Privacy before submitting your vaccination information.
Otherwise you will have to resubmit the request once the name is visible.
