Assign Tickets to a Person or Group not Using TeamDynamix

Can TeamDynamix (forms) be used to route tickets/questions to a person or groups who are not using TeamDynamix?

Resolution

No. They would need a TeamDynamix account to view and respond to the assigned ticket.
