If we write a knowledge base article in one TeamDynamix app, is it shareable with users of another TeamDynamix app?

Resolution

Yes, there are two ways that an article can be made available:

  • If the TeamDynamix neighbors use the same Client Portal, the article will be available to both apps
  • The article can be made public
