TeamDynamix Person Records with Inactive Status: Deceased, Terminated, Sponsorship Expired

Environment

Ticketing Application in TeamDynamix

Issue

Unable to use a person as a 'Requestor' for a ticket, including cases and requests.

Resolution

By default, inactive records do not return when populating the 'Requestor' field.

To use an inactive (terminated or deceased) person as a requestor in TeamDynamix

  1. Click on Requestor field
  2. Click on Magnifying glass
  3. Select 'inactive' or 'both'
  4. Click Search
  5. Select 

Additional Information

On the Person record, the status is reflected using 'is active' status = No or 'is active' = Yes
