Issue
What to do if the email associated with your Friend account has changed, or if you are no longer able to access the email account. (Starting Feb. 25, 2026)
Resolution
If the email associated with your Friend account has changed, or if you are no longer able to access the email account, you must create a new Friend account and follow the necessary steps to regain access to the services for which you previously had access.
