Canvas Does not Show Correct Wolverine Access Drop/Add Status

Issue

Canvas Course is Showing that Should Not be (Was Dropped)  -or-  Canvas Course is not yet Showing that should be Visible (Was Just Added)

Resolution

This is most likely a timing issue. Canvas is refreshed (synced from Wolverine Access) at 9am and 9pm.  There may be a period of time after Drop/Add where Canvas is lagging behind Wolverine Access. Your newly added course may be missing from Canvas or your newly dropped course may still be showing in Canvas until the next refresh occurs.

If necessary, the ITS Service Center can help correct this before the automatic sync.
