Contacting Qualtrics vendor support


Note: For service, you must have a UMICH (Level-1) Login and password.

Included with our Qualtrics license agreement is free, 24/7 support and training directly from the survey experts at Qualtrics. The support options available include chat, phone, and email. 

  1. Log into the U-M Qualtrics instance:
  2. In the top right corner, click on the Question Mark/Help button
    1. In the new pop-up window select "Contact Support"
  3. When the log in option comes up, click "Sign in with SSO". the U-M organization ID is: "umich"
    1. You might need to log in in with your UMICH (Level-1) credentials if you are not already logged in (if already logged in, weblogin will automatically redirect you)
  4. To ask general survey questions, select "I have a different support request" from the list of tile options
  5. The "Survey Platform" will be the Qualtrics product you are using
  6. Chat, email, and phone options will appear, choose whichever option best suits your needs
  7. NOTE: The phone option will have someone from Qualtrics Support contact you with a provided ETA
