Contacting Qualtrics vendor support
Resolution
Note: For service, you must have a UMICH (Level-1) Login and password.
Included with our Qualtrics license agreement is free, 24/7 support and training directly from the survey experts at Qualtrics. The support options available include chat, phone, and email.
- Log into the U-M Qualtrics instance: https://umich.qualtrics.com/
- In the top right corner, click on the Question Mark/Help button
- In the new pop-up window select "Contact Support"
- When the log in option comes up, click "Sign in with SSO". the U-M organization ID is: "umich"
- You might need to log in in with your UMICH (Level-1) credentials if you are not already logged in (if already logged in, weblogin will automatically redirect you)
- To ask general survey questions, select "I have a different support request" from the list of tile options
- The "Survey Platform" will be the Qualtrics product you are using
- Chat, email, and phone options will appear, choose whichever option best suits your needs
- NOTE: The phone option will have someone from Qualtrics Support contact you with a provided ETA
