U-M Dropbox
Issue
Can I transfer data to or from U-M Dropbox using the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)?
Resolution
Transferring data via FTP or SFTP is not available in U-M Dropbox.
Those needing to transfer data to or from U-M Dropbox to another storage service should utilize the Dropbox Desktop application. Please refer to the Download Dropbox Application / Client knowledge article for more information on how to download & install the Dropbox Desktop application.
