Issue
How can I check the status of my in-state tuition application?
Resolution
The access and navigation depends on the account being used and your campus affiliation.
Uniqname (Ann Arbor students only)
- Go to Wolverine Access > Students Collection (in the Campus Collections section) > Student Business > Student Center > View Application Status (in the Residency section towards the bottom-right)
Friend Account (all campuses) and Dearborn and Flint uniqnames
- Go to Wolverine Access > Students Collection (in the Campus Collections section) > New and Prospective Student Business >
- Residency Status OR
- New&Prospective Student Center > View Application Status (in the Residency section towards the bottom-right)
- For Flint and Dearborn uniqname students, this is NOT the password used to login to your campus’ Banner student information system (SIS). This is unique to the Ann Arbor campus. If you have been admitted and have a uniqname but are unable to log in to create an application, you might need to re-set your UMICH password. See Change My UMICH Password.
NOTE: Once you have an active uniqname, you should only be using the uniqname to access the application and related resources. A Friend Account is generally not needed once the uniqname has been created/activated.
