Google Chrome profile sync
Issue
I am trying to transfer or sync my Google Chrome profile, and Chrome is prompting me for a passphrase that I do not know or remember.
Resolution
Notice: When you change your passphrase, the data encrypted with your passphrase is deleted from Google’s servers, and you’re signed out of all devices where you’re signed in. ITS does not have any ability to recover this passphrase.
If you cannot remember it, please reset or change it following the steps outlined in the following Google Help Center article: Get your bookmarks, passwords, and more on all your devices
