Resolution

Convert a meeting into a webinar

1. Go to U-M Zoom on the web and click Sign in.
2. Click the waffle menu in the top-right corner and select Meetings.
3. Find the meeting under Upcoming and click its title.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Convert this Meeting to a Webinar.
5. Click Convert to confirm.

Convert a webinar into a meeting

1. Go to U-M Zoom on the web and click Sign in.
2. Click the waffle menu in the top-right corner and select Webinars.
3. Find the webinar under Upcoming and click on its title.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Convert this Webinar to a Meeting.
5. Click Convert to confirm.

Additional Information

• If you created a Zoom meeting link and sent it to participants before you were granted Zoom webinar access, the link will still work when you convert the meeting to a webinar. The same applies to webinars converted to meetings.
