Issue
Data seems incorrect for Overtime Report and Vendor Certification Dates during ICEmployment Freeze.
Resolution
Some Internal Controls reports in MReports are using data that is "frozen" from July - October for analysis in the Annual Certification processes. November through June, the data will be showing current information.
To access the correct and current data outside of the "frozen" period, you can use Business Objects, which has this data always available. Reports can be scheduled to be delivered to specific users. Below are the steps to access the relevant reports:
- For the PY01 Pay Overtime Analysis for Dept or Dept Grp and Fiscal Year report, navigate to Public Folders / UM-Maintained / Payroll / PY01 Payroll directory in Business Objects.
- For the FN03 JrnlDetail Merchant Management Report, go to Public Folders / UM-Maintained / Financials / FN03 Journal Detail directory in Business Objects.
Additional Information
The last refreshed date at the bottom of the pay reports are the indicator that can be used to see when the ETL is frozen, or current.
