How can I attach an email to a consultation, event or program in TrackMaster?

While creating or editing a list item in TrackMaster:

  1. Drag and drop the email from Outlook onto TrackMaster
  2. It will download automatically to your Downloads folder.
  3. Then, click the attachment button, and select the file from your Downloads folder - because it's the most recent, it will show up right at the top.
