Applying Filters
Follow these steps to apply filters to any list. Note that filters are temporary, that is, they are lost when you refresh the page or navigate away, unless saved as a custom view.
- Navigate to the list you want to filter

- Click on the filter icon on the right to see filter options

- Apply any filters in the filter option list

Saving Filters
To save your existing filters, create a personal view as follows.
- Click on the drop-down menu labelled 'All Items'. From this drop-down, select "Save view as". You will then be prompted to give it a name.

- Make sure "Make this view public" is not checked, and save the view.

- This view will only be visible to you. You can select it from the view tabs at any time.
