OFA - Uncashed Refund Checks

The Office of Financial Aid (OFA) will contact you if our records show that you have not yet cashed a refund check. You remain eligible to receive the funds, but action must be taken. LOAN BORROWERS: Note that you are NOT relieved of loan debt if it was included in the refund by not cashing the refund check. You must contact OFA directly to reduce or decline a borrowed loan.

Our records show you have not yet cashed the refund check(s) mailed to you by the University of Michigan, and you remain eligible to receive these funds. To ensure prompt return of these funds please complete the form below.

Provide your 8-digit UMID. For parents please provide the 8-digit UMID of your student.

Students only - I've set up direct deposit and would like my refund reissued electronically.
