The Michigan Undergraduate Laptop Program

What is the Michigan Undergraduate Laptop Program?

The Michigan Undergraduate Laptop Program (ULP) provides laptops, free of charge, to select incoming students identified by the Office of Financial Aid. This program is not connected to any other financial aid program. The ULP is funded by the Office of the Provost and managed by the Office of New Student Programs (ONSP) within the Office of Enrollment Management. More than 3,700 incoming freshmen and transfer students have participated in this program since 2015. To learn more, visit the ULP Program webpage.
