Panopto: No Content Message
When using the web-based Panopto Capture tool for recording, you may see a 'No Content' message in the case of an interruption of the recording before it was properly stopped and uploaded.
As you record using Panopto Capture, the recording is stored locally in your browser’s persistent storage. In case your browser, computer, or Capture crashes, or if you close your browser by mistake, any remaining video data that has not been uploaded will be stored.
Recover a Recording that's showing 'No Content'

Return to the classroom where the recording was running

Using the same browser as before, log in and navigate to the Canvas course site

Open 'Panopto Recordings' and choose 'Panopto Capture' from the 'Create' button
- Wait - your is uploading progressively in the background there will be no indication that a background upload has occurred.
