First we must determine if you are installing this while at home or in the SPH building. If at home, you must connect to VPN before following along with this guide. If you are in the SPH building, skip to step 4.
Start your VPN
Once AnyConnect is loaded, press the connect button.
On your desktop, locate “Go” at the top of your screen along the menu options.
Select Applications.
Next locate and double-click “MPrintInstaller”
You should see an application window open.
In the application windows type “SPH” and you will see a list of printers specific to the School of Public Health.
Locate the printer you want to install, and select it, and then use the “Install Selected Printers” button.
Once complete, you will see a printer installed box. Select “OK” and you are finished.
