Clearing Browser Cache

Firefox

  1. Click the menu button in the top right corner and choose Options.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security button on the left hand side.
  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data.
  4. In the box that pops up, make sure the box next to Cached Web Content is checked, then press Clear.
  5. Restart Firefox to complete the process.

Chrome

  1. Click the menu button in the top right corner and choose Settings.
  2. Scroll to the Privacy and security section and click the Clear Browsing Data button.
  3. In the Time range drop down box, select All time.
  4. Check the box next to Cached images and files.
  5. Click Clear Data at the bottom then close and reopen Chrome.

Edge

  1. Click the menu button in the top right and select Settings.
  2. Under Clear browsing data click on Choose what to clear.
  3. Check the boxes next to Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files.
  4. Click Clear to complete the process then restart the browser.

Safari

  1. Click Safari in the top left of the screen and select Preferences.
  2. Select the Privacy tab at the top, then click Manage Website Data.
  3. In the box that pops up, select Remove All, then click Done.
  4. Close Safari and reopen it.
