Virtual Sites, VMWare
Issue
Users are unable to access VMWare Virtual Sites which they previously were able to access.
Resolution
The legacy version of Virtual Sites (VS) that was run on VMWare Horizon and which was available via a web client or local install, has been retired. If you try to login to VMWare, which you were previously able to do, you will get an error message that says "Error you are not entitled to use the system." This is correct. All Virtual Sites users should use the new Virtual Sites platform available here.
