Issue

How to add a shared folder to your account / view a shared file in U-M Dropbox

Resolution

Refer to the Dropbox Help Center for steps on adding a shared folder to your account and viewing a shared file in Dropbox.

Note: Only shared folders can be added to your account from the Shared tab. You cannot add a shared file to your account/All Files view, you can only preview it in Dropbox.
