MiVideo Mediaspace
Referred to as “mini-portals”, channels are personally managed, user generated media collections in MiVideo. They can be configured in a variety of ways from fully open collaborative collections to private collections locked down to specific groups. Viewers can subscribe to channels to be notified when new content is added. See related

Issue
How to edit setting changes and manage membership for a channel in Mediaspace.
Resolution
Only a channel Manager can edit a channel.
- Navigate to the Channel page > Channel Actions > Edit
- Or click the edit pencil icon in the channel thumbnail.
The following information can be modified.
- Details tab: See the Create a Channel article for information about these specific settings
- Theme tab: Setup a carousel for the channel (see the Enable Channel Carousel article) and change the first tab (either Playlists or Media).
- Playlist tab: Create and manage channel playlists. See related Playlists articles for more information about creating and adding media to channel playlists.
- Users tab: Manage channel members. See the Mediaspace Roles & Channel User Management article.
