This article will allow you to remove an unwanted program from any computer that uses Windows 10/11
Intended Audience
This article is intended for faculty, staff, students, and alumni who would like to learn how to uninstall a program in Windows.
Requirements
To follow this article you will need to have a computer running Windows 10/11

Uninstalling a Program from Windows 10:
- Right-click on the Windows icon in the lower-left of the screen
- Click on Apps and Features at the top of the list
- Search for the program that you want to remove and click it
- Click Uninstall from the options at the bottom right of the selected program
The program will now prompt you to complete the steps for uninstalling that particular program.
Uninstalling a Program from Windows 11:
- Right-click on the Windows icon in the lower-left of the screen
- Click on Apps and Features at the top of the list
- Search for the program that you want to remove and click the 3 vertical dots on the right-hand side.
- Click Uninstall from the options at the bottom of the context menu that appears.
The program will now prompt you to complete the steps for uninstalling that particular program.
