Intended Audience
This article is intended for current residents in campus housing who would like to use the Ethernet jack in their room.
Requirements
To follow this article, you will need to know the jack label which can be located on the faceplate in your room. You will also need to have your own Ethernet cable in order to utilize the newly activated jack.

To officially request the data jack in your room be activated, please go to https://go.umflint.edu/JackActivation and fill out our form. This form only allows for one jack activation per student. In addition, you may also activate the common room's network jack.
